FOODIE FASHIONISTA :: COCKTAIL DRESSES

Well hello there coco + kelley readers! Crissie of Chicasaurus-Rex here,  guess what time it is? Yup, that's right. It's Foodie Fashionista time. This week I'm going a little cocktail crazy - dresses and drinks! With summer just around the corner I can't stop obsessing over fancy frocks. Add a couple refreshing beverages and you've got the recipe for a perfect summer evening. Cheers!

Do you have a go-to summer drink? What about a dress to go with it?

  23. What a great, creative post!! I love it, and I love both outfits. I'd wear them instantly. My go to summer cocktail, after a long day at work, is definitely a Mojito!! Nothing gives me more holiday-feeling (drink-wise...)! ;)

  24. My summer drink depends on where I am. This summer, my go-to drink is going to be a St. Germain Kir Royale (I spotted your bottle of St. Germain in the post -isn't it the best? It's delicious and the bottle is beautiful: win-win!).

    But, when we get to France each summer, I find that I go back to my tried-and-true mauresque which is pastis with a splash of orgeat (almond) syrup. There is something about it, like the bougainvillea, fresh baguettes, delicious desserts, and totally giving into relaxation that screams summer to me.

    I can't resist a great Kelly green dress, and I think it would look fabulous with a Ketel One gimlet on the rocks :).
