FOODIE FASHIONISTA :: PLAYFUL PISTACHIO

Hello readers! Crissie from Chicasaurus-Rex here! This Spring I've been seeing a lot of greens. Kelly, mint, neon and recently -- Pistachio. I've been a fan of pistachio ice cream ever since I was a kid and they served it for dessert at the Old Spaghetti Factory (where we only got to go for special occasions, of course).

Spotting so many pistachio ice cream pics on Pinterest has made me all kinds of nostalgic, so I was inspired to put together a playful outfit that recalls childhood days of print mixing and movie star shades... which are more than acceptable (and chic!) looks to rock now. Win win!

    there is a little hole-in-the-wall shop just off the trevi fountain in rome that sells the best pistachio gelato i have ever tasted. now i need to go and check how many air miles i have!
