SETTING A WINTER SCENE

Is it too soon to be thinking of winter? Most definitely. But if my winter happened to look as gorgeous as this editorial... I may never want it to leave.

I love how nearly every shot worked in a bit of that vivid aqua from the setting paired with her stunning red hair against a sea of winter neutrals. Ok, and that polka dot ensemble... only in my dreams could I get away with something so fabulous!

  1. The aqua~white veils and surroundings are such a nice contrast. I am not usually a polka dot fan, but if I could pull off that suit, I would do it!

Reading your previous post, I am a big believer in making lists, otherwise all of the things I have to do spin around in my head and I can't decide what to do. I also try to do the hardest, most dreaded thing first, it usually isn't hard as I think it is. Then, once the hardest thing is finished everything else seems easier, and more fun.

LOVE printed pencil skirts..a great simple shoe and top. This is one of my fav combos. It also looks great with a billowy scarf, I need to find some new tees.

  4. The polka dot suit reminds me of the one that Bette Midler wears in the fabulous 80s movie Big business. I just love it!

    Thanks for a lovely blog!

  8. I have always wanted red hair. I especially like the last picture where it looks more wild and untamed.
