GET THE LOOK :: DENIM JACKET

Now I rocked the jean jacket all through high school, so this trend is a major blast from the past for yours truly. Cristina here with a piece that was on the backs (and draped over the shoulders) of all the cool kids this past fashion week, including my personal fave, Jenna Lyons!

The jean jacket is the perfect piece for Spring, it's light enough to throw on in the event of a cool breeze (or over-active air conditioning). Not to mention it goes perfectly with denim in every color of the rainbow - which I've developed an unhealthy addiction to lately.

Faded, worn denim adds just the right amount of edge to your feminine Spring pieces. Think floral dresses, party pants, or anything lace. And lastly, roll up the cuffs of your jacket for that effortlessly cool "I'm not even trying" styling touch!

    Only Jenna Lyons could wear those pants and get away with it. I'm not a huge fan of the denim jacket, but if I were to wear it, it would most definitely be with a bright maxi! Such a great idea.

    i have been procrastinating on a denim jacket for a few weeks now, i so wish I'd kept those highschool jackets, they'd be perfect and retro now...grrr
