In blogland, you'll be hard pressed to find a world as colorful, charming and original as that of Anna Spiro. Her blog, Absolutely Beautiful Things has been a long-time favorite for inspiration, and I've loved watching her Brisbane shop - Black & Spiro - flourish over the years. And while my dream trip to Australia may not be anytime soon, I'm thrilled that we can all get our hands on a little bit of Anna's world through her new wallpaper line for Porter's Paints...
When Anna announced the release of this collaborative effort on the blog, I just about died. I immediately shot her an email to find out if I could get samples here in the States. And indeed, I could, and did...
This pattern might be my favorite, not just for the motif, but the most absolutely perfect kelly green. The second I find my office space, you better believe this will be going up on a wall or two.
Having held the wallpaper in my hot little hands I can attest to the richness of the color and the wonderful quality. But what I love about it the most is how absolutely Anna it is - as evidenced by the way it blends seamlessly into her shop vignettes. And, if bold color isn't your thing, every pattern comes in a couple of neutral options too.
To see the entire collection, you can visit the Porter's Paints site here. Is it just me or are you dreaming up ways to use these patterns in every room in the house?
