GET THE LOOK :: BREAKIN' ALL THE RULES

Whoever said 'no white after Labor Day' must not have invested in a fabulous pair of white jeans. Because anyone who has ever felt the joy of finding the illusive flattering white pant has also known the anguish of parting with them for the long cold winter. It's Cristina here and I'm taking a stand! White pants, double denim, we're tackling all the hard issues, who's with me girls?

See? It's not so bad. For those of us who still haven't tried the daunting trend of double denim, this is a great way to get started. If your pants are a thicker denim (and I'm assuming they are if they're white) then try a thinner blue chambray on top. And the denim collar would look perfectly on-trend peeking out of a slouchy knit sweater this season.get the look street style white jeans denim shirt
Add a few fall accessories like black ankle boots, a cranberry clutch, even a leather jacket and you're well on your way. If it weren't for the threat of spilled cranberry sauce and the non-stretchiness of the waist band, this would be my Thanksgiving look for sure!

  16. I'm also in favor of white pants in autumn and winter. It brightens up the gray and rainy days, especially here in Belgium.
