In Seattle, however, summer arrives the day after the 4th of July (no seriously... it kinda does), so I'm indulging in my this sunshine filled fantasy and crossing fingers for our temps to get above 65 this weekend!
Do you have any fabulous things on the agenda?? We're going to make our own fun around here with some DIY projects, shopping for clients, and photo shoot planning! Woop! Who says work can't be play!? See you lovelies on Tuesday!!

Wishing you a splendid long weekend and lots of sun in the sky. xo
ReplyDeleteI laughed so hard when I saw the 4th of July comment! It's crazy how literal that is! I live in Charlotte now and whenever I get into discussions about the differences in weather, I tell people this. They never believe me. I think I can count the number of sunny Seattle Junes I've lived through on one hand. Of course, the upside is that we were often lucky enough to have "summer" last into October... so it kinda balances out. :-)
ReplyDeletelove all the pops of color! have a happy memorial day weekend :) xoxo jillian:: cornflake dreams
ReplyDeleteHere in South Louisiana, we are envious of your 65 degree temps. Feels like we're melting with high around 90 degrees. We are doing some work/play as well! Have a great weekend.

I love the orange and blue wallpaper! It is a definite must for my house. Does anyone know who makes it?!
ReplyDeleteasishome - i love it! it's so true. and as much as i wish for more sunny june weather, having it last into october makes it SO gorgeous around here that time of year.
ReplyDeleterenee & angela - i'll trade you about 15 degrees!! :)
It's actually been overcast here in SF so thanks for the pop of sunshine in the post and i LOVE that bright living room! Enjoy your weekend!

ReplyDeleteI talked to my Mom and Grandma the other day, and they were saying how nasty it's been up there. I visited in April, and it seriously snowed, was sunny, windy and hailed all in the same day.
ReplyDeleteI live in Arizona now, and as much as I miss Washington, the weather here in Phoenix is more my style.
Happy Weekend!
