SLEEP TIGHT... (A GIVEAWAY FROM SELECT COMFORT!)

Being the busy gal that I am, having a super comfy bed and a good night's sleep is essential to my sanity, so when the lovely people at Select Comfort came to me a few months ago to see if I'd be interested in testing out a new mattress, I jumped at the chance to bag my old one in favor of a Sleep Number bed! Well, I've had it about a month now and I'm definitely loving it.

It took about a week for me to find my favorite setting (I'm a number 45 at the moment) but it feels just like any other mattress, except for the lack of squeaky springs and bounce as the whole thing is filled with air to easily adjust to your preferences.

So, how many of you are ready to switch out your worn in mattress for a new one?? Maybe your significant other likes a little more firmness while you prefer soft? Hello, ideal bed!! Well, my dears, we are giving one lucky winner their very own Sleep Number bed, and here's what you need to do to enter! Follow this link over to the Sleep Number site and fill out the information requested (be sure to mention you heard about them through coco+kelley!) and cross your fingers! Yep. That's it. If you'd like to take it one step further, you can also follow them on Facebook, too!

Good luck!!

  1. Wonderful! I so hope I win this in my 11 years of married life we have never had a new mattress. The full size we currently use was picked up second hand.

These Sleep Number beds are not comfortable. The level of firmness is adjusted by an air pump that inflates or deflates the mattress according to the level on the controller. They are like air mattresses, and the pump is loud.

  4. This would be wonderful - we are sleeping on a air mattress right now. Moving expenses took all our cash, so no bed or seating yet!

  7. Glad you liked it! I tried a sleep number bed at a Hotel Chain & to be honest didn't like them at all. I actually call it the "inflatable mattress" and whenever I stay at that hotel I have to request the non-sleep # beds. Could be perhaps because so many different body types sleep in it...

Yes, these beds are not comfy at all. We have had ours for 3 yrs. and to be honest, so sorry we purchased this bed. Yes you can adjust the air level to your satisfaction. But it is like an air bed with a mattress cover. The cover is already starting to wear and now even at 100, there is a sway on my side of the bed. I weigh 113#. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

  12. Contest is only for US... which is ok, not a problem, my Vera Wang is only 2 years old and fab....
I am really hoping that Sarah that is sleeping on a second hand mattress for 11 years wins for sure!
Remember people out there you spend half your life on a mattress and after 7 years they are done...

  13. interesting comments from those of you who have actually had one longer than a month! so far, i've had no complaints about mine. no, it's not the most luxurious mattress i've ever slept on, but i do think it's better than what i think of as an air mattress! and better than the old one i've had for around 7-8 years now. i also know that for many of us, a new bed can be a splurge or something we put off, so i hope this contest goes to someone who could really use one!
