GLITTERATI

Seeing these over-the-top sparkling designs come down the runway any other time outside of the holidays might make you wonder where on earth you'd wear such an ensemble (not that many of us would pull them off even at this most wonderful time of the year), but wow did they get me in the mood for some serious holiday shimmer and shine!

Can you imagine attending a party where everyone was required to look this merry and bright?? I think I may just have to try to find a way to make it happen!

  6. How fun! They look like ornaments!

There used to be a show on Nickelodeon called Lazy town. The wigs the models are wearing sort of remind me of the costumes the people wore on the show:-p

Funny, I was thinking just yesterday, we need to make more opportunities for glitter in Seattle! After growing up in the South, where you have your pick of formal affairs every other week, I was shocked and dismayed to find that "black tie" in Seattle was code for "Break out your fancy black suit". And that was on the women! I call Mardi Gras... A big ol' masked ball for charity in the dead of winter. Who's with me? ;)
