Amazingly enough, this editorial is from October 2004... funny how things grow on you, isn't it? The ladylike sensibilities of this styling is stronger than ever for fall this year, and I for one am a huge fan. Design seems to be simplifying and going back to the classics more and more these days...

Wow! I love this! I'm such a fan of this look for fall as well, it's so nice to see a more lady-like look! Love it...
ReplyDeleteReal simple also did a nice spread this month on the "ladylike" look, more a la Mad Men than English countryside. Still beautiful and enviable :)
ReplyDeleteOh...I love this look!

ReplyDeleteIt's true, sometimes fashion is to forward for the moment, and we smart ones, wait for the moment to reveal itself again when we are ready.
ReplyDeleteCheers!..to find our own style.
Style with poetry!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful images -- great styles for autumn!
ReplyDeleteThese vignettes are so alluring and romantic, that it almost makes me wistful for cooler days, even though in the southern hemisphere we are springing into days of cherry blossom and golden billowing wattle flowers! Such an elegant collection - beautiful!

ReplyDeleteLove the colors, prints & textures. So cozy and stylish at the same time!

ReplyDeleteThe grandoise feeling created by the light coming in through that giant window and the painting is just to die for.
