FOODIE FASHIONISTA: INPSIRED BY APRICOT

Hello lovely readers, Crissie of bug&Bear here with another edition of Foodie Fashionista. This week I'm bringing you my favorite summer sandwich recipe...

Apricots, mozzarella and cinnamon on sourdough! It might sound a little strange, but the flavors work beautifully together.

Sort of like the combination of blue and orange. Unusual at first-- but the finished product is absolutely stunning!

    Sounds divine! I often put thinly sliced apples on my grilled cheese so I'm totally game for some apricots but cinnamon - who knew?!
